How We Use AI

AI is a tool. Your account is our judgment.

AI is changing how agencies work. Here is exactly how we use it, what the machines do, what they don’t touch, and who’s making sure of it.

UpdatedJuly 22, 2026

The short version

  • Decisions are made by people who know your mission. AI speeds up the work between them.
  • Someone on our U.S. based team reviews everything before it reaches your account or your audience.
  • Your private information doesn’t train our AI tools, and we tell you when AI helped build a deliverable.
  • Want to know how AI works on your account? Just ask and we’ll walk you through it.

This website

You’re looking at one. This website was built with AI, and it took somewhere near fifteen hundred prompts to get here.

The expertise and the vision were ours. AI did the executing, under someone who knew what the site was for, who it was talking to, and what was wrong with each draft. That is the same arrangement we run on your account.

Three words, defined

AutomationRules we write that run on their own. “Every Monday, pull the numbers.” Marketing has used it for decades.
AlgorithmThe platform’s recipe for deciding who sees your ad and what it costs. Meta and Google Ads run on these, and they learn from results.
AISoftware that drafts, summarizes, and predicts from patterns. The newest layer, and the one making all the noise.

We use all three, and judgment sits on top of every one of them.

A note from Anna

Anna Grado, founder and president of StreamAd, at the wheel of a sailboat

“There’s a lot of noise about AI right now, and if your organization runs on trust, I understand the worry. The last thing you want is a partner quietly automating the care out of your account.

So here’s my promise. The people you meet on our first call are the people running your media every week after. Machines make us faster at the tedious parts, and that buys us more time with your mission, not less. Caring about your work is the one thing we won’t automate. We can’t wait to work with you.”

Who does what

AI assisted
  • First draft ad copy
  • Pattern detection
  • Early warning flags
  • Repetitive platform tasks
Human led
  • Strategy
  • Audience research
  • Your reporting
  • Final creative
  • Where your ads appear
  • Your budget
  • Talking to you
  • Pitches and pricing
Meta and Google Ads run on AI. Feeding their algorithms the right signals is part of the craft, and so is knowing when to overrule them. We set the goal, we set the limits, and we keep veto power.

How one ad gets written

Here’s how a piece of ad copy gets made, from first draft to your account.

1
AI writes the first passIt takes your brief and roughs out headlines and body lines in minutes.
2
A person rewrites itThen someone who knows your mission rewrites it so it sounds like you and speaks to your audience.
3
A person says yesNothing reaches your account until someone on our U.S. based team signs off.

That’s the pattern wherever AI helps. It keeps the work moving, and a person decides what goes out.

What you can hold us to

We check everythingBefore anything reaches your audience, someone on our U.S. based team has read it and said yes to it.
Your data stays yoursWhat you share with us in confidence stays that way. Our AI tools don’t learn from it.
A person answersWhen you call or email, you’re talking to the people who run your account, and there’s no chatbot in between.
