StreamAd, LLC ("StreamAd," "we," "us") operates streamad.ai. This policy describes the information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This site is operated from the United States and intended for a United States audience.
This policy covers this website and StreamAd's own marketing. It does not cover the advertising campaigns we run on behalf of our clients. In that work we act as a service provider under each client's direction, and their privacy policies and the advertising platforms' terms govern that data.
2. Information you give us
You decide what to send us. Depending on how you get in touch, that can include
The Free Marketing Audit form. Your name, email, phone, organization, website, an estimated budget range, and anything you write about your goals.
Booking a call. If you book time with us, Microsoft Bookings collects your name, email, and the time you pick, and shares them with us to hold the meeting.
Email and phone. Whatever you include when you write or call us, and our correspondence with you.
3. Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, cookies and similar technologies collect standard usage data. We manage these tags through Google Tag Manager. As of the date above, this site uses
Analytics tags. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Together they collect pages visited, time on page, the type of device and browser, a general location derived from your IP address, how you arrived at the site, and how you move through a page. Clarity can replay a visit's clicks and scrolling so we can see where the site helps and where it confuses. We use these to understand how the site is used.
Advertising and marketing tags. Tags from the platforms we use for StreamAd's own marketing, today Google advertising and measurement (including Floodlight and Display & Video 360) and HubSpot, and as our testing evolves the set can include other platforms we run our own ads through, such as Amazon DSP and Simpli.fi. They measure whether our advertising works, and they may support showing StreamAd's ads to people who have visited this site when they browse other sites and platforms. Every tag in this bucket runs through Google Tag Manager and follows the opt-out in Section 6.
An Apollo.io tag. This helps us recognize the organization a business visit comes from, which supports our business to business outreach.
The Clutch review widget. Our client reviews load from Clutch, and Clutch may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which we use for security and troubleshooting.

To send you communications we think are relevant. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying or emailing us.

5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only in these situations
Service providers. The tools named in this policy, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Simpli.fi, HubSpot, Apollo, Clutch, and our hosting provider, process data to provide their services to us under their own terms.
Advertising. Some of the Google tags described above may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. Section 6 and Section 10 describe how to opt out.
Professional advisers and legal reasons. Lawyers, accountants, or authorities when the law requires it or our rights need protecting.
Business changes. If StreamAd is ever part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer with the business under this policy's protections.
6. Cookies and your controls
Cookies on this site fall into three buckets, ones the site needs to function, analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used, and advertising cookies that measure and support our own marketing. Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default, and the control below turns them off for your device.

7. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Correspondence and audit requests are kept while we are in an active conversation or relationship with you, analytics data is kept on the retention schedules configured in those tools, and we delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections to this site. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This site is for organizations and the people who run them. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising.
The fastest way to opt out of analytics and targeted advertising on this site is the control in Section 6, no email needed. It also honors the Global Privacy Control signal automatically.
To exercise any of these, email marketing@streamad.ai with the subject line "Privacy request." We will verify the request, respond within the timeline the law sets, and we will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
11. Third party sites
This site links out to other sites, including our clients' websites, our Clutch profile, and advertising platforms. Their privacy policies govern what happens there, not this one.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Meaningful changes get a clear note rather than a quiet edit.
